Friends of Professor Guard Loyalty Programme

  1. What are the privileges?
    • Every dollar you spend with us will give you 1 point. You can then use the points to offset your next purchase.
    • Every 100 points = $5 product value, minimum
    • You can also earn points when you complete the below activities:
      • Sign up for an account: 100 points
      • First purchase: 100 points
      • Referral code: 100 points
      • Review: 100 points
      • Birthday: 200 points on your birthday
  1. How do I sign up & how much is the membership fee?
    • Visit our sign-up page to sign up for free! As soon as the registration is successful, you can start enjoying the privileges instantly!
  1. What is the validity of my loyalty points?
    • 1 year validity period
  1. How do I check my balance points?
    • You may login to your account, click on ‘Points’ under the Login icon to check your available point balance.
  1. Can I refer my friends to sign up as a members?
    • Yes! You may login to your account, under your Login -> Points, you will find your referral link there. Copy and pass the link to your friends. They will be able to sign up as a member using the given link.

      As a small token of appreciation, we will reward you with 100 points upon successfully sign-up and first purchase with your referral link.

  1. How can I update my new mailing address/contact number/communication channels?
    • You may do so under your Profile page, under Edit profile and type in the necessary fields and click Save when you are done. 
  1. My birthday falls on this month. Am I entitled to the birthday privileges?
    • Happy Birthday from Professor Guard! Yes, you will receive 200 points on your birthday!
  1. How can I unsubscribe from e-newsletter and mailing list?
    • You may do so from the newsletter email sent to you. There will be an option for you to opt out.
  1. Is my personal data safe if I create an account?

 

Orders Related FAQs

  1. How do I redeem my points?
    • During the ‘Checkout’ page, there is a point redemption option at the top of the page. Apply the points you would like to redeem. You should see the ‘Cart Discount’ displayed in your ‘Cart Total’ once it is successfully applied.
  1. I have a Coupon code, how can I use that?
    • During the ‘Checkout’ page, there is a ‘Click here to enter your code’ link at the top of the page. Click the link and input the coupon code you have. The coupon and its discount should be reflected at the ‘Cart Total’ section.
  1. What payment options are there?
    • We support Paynow, Credit Cards, WeChat Pay, Alipay, and Grab Pay. After you click the ‘Place Order’ button inside the ‘Checkout’ page, you will be redirect to the payment page. Select the ‘Payment Method’ by clicking on the respective icon. Fill in the information and proceed with the payment.
  1. The promo code is not working. What should I do?
    • Please email us a screenshot of the page at friends@professorguard.com. Our Customer Service personnel will get back to you within next 2 business days.
  1. Why have I not received a confirmation email/Invoice receipt?
    1. The email been filtered to the ‘Junk’ or ‘Spam’ folder.
    2. The payment may not have gone through successfully.

  1. Do you offer self-collection?
    • Yes we do. Our self collection is at 442 Orchard Rd, Level 2 Claymore Connect, Singapore 238879
  1. I placed an order online and the order status is ‘Shipped’. What does this mean?
    • The ‘Shipped’ status indicates that your item(s) is out for delivery. You can expect to receive your order within the next few business days.
  1. I wish to cancel my order. What should I do?
    • If your payment is still pending you can go to your order history to cancel but if your order status is processing or completed etc please contact us at friends@professorguard.com

 

Shipping related

  1. What is the shipping cost?
    • Standard shipping cost applied. Shipping cost will be waived off for any purchases above SGD100 for deliveries within Singapore.
  1. What is the delivery lead time?
    • Delivery will take between 3-5 business days. Due current pandemic situation, delays may be expected.
  1. International Shipment
    • Currently we are upgrading our system to serve international buyer better. For the moment, kindly email friends@professorguard.com with the product that you are interested together with your shipping address. We will process your order manually. 

 

 

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

  1. I would like to do a refund of my items bought on your website?
    • Professor Guard always strives to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Below are some key points of our Return/Refund Policy:
      1. Requests can be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
      2. Documentation clearly depicting damages, wrong items, etc. may need to be provided for any compensation to be considered.
      3. Refunds may be granted back to the original form of payment or provided as Rewards credit (store credit)
      4. Any refunds are subject to 4% payment fees and the courier fee to return the items, to be borne by the customer.
